Totally divided on this place. They were so great when we first moved in. Our neighbors are wonderful. Only neighbor complaint is the family upstairs doesn't understand the concept of not stomping.

For the most part maintence requests are answered within 24 hours. Although, don't complain about anything, because afterwards your maintence requests tend to get lost.

We have had problems with our oven since we moved in, 4 maintence requests later, it is still 100 degrees off. The windows leaked during the first rain, we called in the request and told it was fixed.. then we received an amended contract saying that we were responsible of the damage to the caulking around the windows. Four months later, we still have our windows padded with towels and nothing within 4 feet of the windows. The vents don't close, we get power surges constantly, the mail is very inconsistant. It shows anywhere from 11 am to 11pm, IF it even shows. The nails are starting to make their way out of the walls. We had to have our Shower rod replaced 3 times because it kept falling.

The snow was the final straw. How can they expect us to pay our rent on time, when they make no effort to help us get our cars out, or make any effort to clear the parking lots. Just about everyone in our building was out of work for 4 days.

Mind you, our apartment was broken into 3 days after we moved in, and our power was cut, Princeton Woods has added a 24 hour security guard.

I'd say if you don't mind things "as-is" then you will love this place. It is a nice complex, but I'm not sold on the management.

I'd definately recommend any future rental prospects to read the reviews of ALL the properties owned by this company before making your decision.
