Our family has lived here for a year and a half, and we absolutely love it. The apartment itself is beautiful-- berber carpet, vaulted ceilings, and all-new Whirlpool appliances. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly, although the walls are so thick we couldn?t even hear any of the New Year?s Eve parties that went on in our complex. The rent is affordable, much cheaper than most places in the area, the area is very safe and well-lit, our cable was set up the first night, and we have never had any problems with the management office (although we have been paying early or on time each month). The maintenance crew comes around monthly to do inspections, and they give you the days in advance. We had one issue when we first moved in, asked for a work order, went to lunch, and when we came back it was fixed. Our friends visit all the time and love it here. Four of them are planning on moving in in the next couple months.



There are a handful of children that play in the streets, a lot more during the summer months. They seem to be good about traffic, and are always inside by dark. The only real issue we?ve seen is one nearby apartment that has about twelve people living in it. The management has been trying to kick them out for the last two months, and a couple times the police were called to remove them. It seems to just be because they aren?t paying rent, though-- I?ve never seen any drugs anywhere around the community.
