This property is new and for the most part a wonderful place to live. The only bad part about it is some of the people they have working for them. If you decide to leave early then you may get two stories 1. you have to give a 60 day notice or 2. you have to give a 30 day notice depends on who you talk to and yes you do know your neighbors, so some people do get out early with only a 30 day notice and a little fee to get out and others have to give a 60 day notice and still pay the same as the person with the 30 day notice. If you try to get ahold of the manager that does not work because she is never there and when you call she does not want to take your calls, instead the other staff members will say she will call you back and does that happen' NO!! Most of the time you will end up talking with Cindy or Danielle and they try their best to take care of anything needed. Then theres the assistant manager who can be nice as can be one day and then really rude another day. I would say based on my stay here there are people that live here that get taken care of well and are treated great, but that is if you fall into the managers favorite resident group. The property is great for the price and the location. Just do not try to reach the manager for any problems or questions and take a chance on what kind of mood the assistant is in for that day. You may get the run around with any problems, for example if your car gets broken into oh well! I guess security is not needed because they do not have the funding for it.The fact that it is ok to have some of your neighbors and their kids playing around or jumping around on your $25,000 car well that's ok too acording to the office staff just call your insurance company and they will take care of it for you.
