We are starting our third year here and have no major complaints. Maintenance is very nice and responsive. I have only made a few minor requests and they have all been answered within 24-hours and most within the same day. Jack and his staff have been excellent.

The office is also very helpful. Tracy, Paula ant the rest of the staff have always treated us very professionally and have taken care of everything. They are a real pleasure to work with.

We really like the apartments. The Berber carpet is excellent and easy to maintain. The apartments are well insulated. We live on a middle floor and only had to turn on the heating twice last winter for about an hour each time. The apartment still stayed between 66 and 68 all winter. Having high-speed internet and cable including is a real plus.

No real complaints thus far. Of all the apartments that we have lived in, this is perhaps the best one. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
