We haven't had anything bad happen to us thus far.The cable and DSL work great-the cable hasn't gone out at all when another tenant in anohter set of apartments said theirs go out constantly.The staff seem ok but we haven't really dealt with them yet so we will see when the time comes.And I had no idea there were camaras here.oH I have seen seem black male teenagers across the parking lot actually jumping up and down on top of the small roof of the entranceway to somewhere.They saw me watching them too and didnt even care.My neighbors seem to be quiet and respectful as I had hoped for.That is all I have for now!
