We used to live at Princeton Woods. Very nice outside like I've heard a lot of people say. Apartments are pretty nice also BUT I do have to disagree with some of the reviews!
The smells from other apartment did find their way into ours. Strong food smells and a smell of pot.... The management back then was real helpful and the pot smoking people were evicted.
The walls do not keep too much outside noise away: you can hear everything that is going on in the breeze way. Not to even mention having to listen to someone's base from their stereo all day long.
There are a LOT of suspicious living people at PW: cars has been set on fire, guns have been fired, apartments have been broken into....
We broke our lease and paid the $$$ penalty. No low rent (no wonder, it is section 8 housing!) is worth putting my family at risk on purpose!
