After reading some of these reviews, it is apparent that not everyone can be satisfied. I, on the other hand, like it. Sure there are incidents, but that is stuff that could and does happen everywhere.
Life is short! Don't people have better things to do then to bad mouth others' Use your own judgement--not someone else's experiences.

OMG what is the point in having a rating and a review section if you cant let it be known if the apt sucks or not. Of course people have better things to do then sign a year lease and waste a yr living in the ghetto, but to come on a rating and review site and say do YOU people have better things to do, get off your high horse and realize this is to help people make a valid choice.
