IN RENT AND YOU NOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING BESIDES SLEEP INSIDE THE DWELLING.IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN, PLEASE, PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, BECAUSE YOUR CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY OUTDOORS. THE LITTLE PLAYGROUND AREA THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY FOR SMALL CHILDREN IS FREQUENTED BY TEENAGERS, THERE'S NO WHERE FOR THE PARENT(S) TO SIT, UNLESS YOU CONSIDER THE ONE BROKEN DOWN BENCH, THERE'S A BASKETBALL COURT WITH NO HOOPS OR ANYTHING ELSE, FOR ALL THESE TENANTS THERE IS ENOUGH PLAYING SPACE FOR 3-4 CHILDREN.THE CARPENTING IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND SHOULD BE USED FOR PETS.THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE IS EXTREMELY RUDE, AS WELL AS THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS, WHO ROUTINELY ENTER YOUR APT. AT THEIR OWN CONVENIENCE.THE ONLY PERSON THAT I WOULD EVEN SUGGEST MOVE INTO THESE DWELLINGS IS A SINGLE PERSON,WHO KNOWS ABSOLUTELY NOONE AND WORKS 2-3 JOBS AND IS NEVER HOME, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE SOO DISSAPOINTED, AND FRUSTRATED THAT YOU ARE PAYING THIS KIND OF MONEY AND CANNOT LIVE COMFORTABLY.
THE POOL IS DIRTY AND NOT FAMILY ORIENTATED, AS IT STARTS AT 3 FEET (NOT FOR SMALLER CHILDREN.
LIVING IN PRINCETON WOODS IS FRUSTRATING, DISAPPOINTING, AND TOTALLY UPSETTING, SO IF YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO AND WANT TO EXPERIENCE THESE EMOTIONS ON A DAILY BASIS, COME MOVE IN.

Firstly, Princeton Woods does not charge a weekly rent. Secondly, as a mother of two small children, I feel that this is an excellent community. My kids can play in the grass in front of our building without comment from anyone on staff. The playground is excellent, it has been re-mulched yearly and I've been there with my kids, my neighbors 2 kids, and several that we were babysitting. No space problems whatsoever. Yes, the pool begins at 3' deep, but considering that you should supervise your children at ALL TIMES when near water, that should not pose a problem. The carpet is Berber, not Astroturf, and is wholly appropros for anyone, person or fauna. I am very grateful for this neighborhood, my neighbors, and the staff who has been more than accomodating to my family.
