Princeton Woods have served me and my Son well. The staff for me has always been professional and understanding. If I had a problem I could go to my neighbor's before going to the rental office. I used to live on Dry Powder and my building people were quiet some of the children would be outside playing being noisy in the daytime but that's what kid do.

I had a leak and I requested to move and the rental office allowed me to move to a three bedroom where I am satified as well I don't like paying the rent but you get what you paid for. When I first moved onto Allerton Ct there was a tenant below me who was not so favorable ( to say the least) just her and family alone caused alot of conflict needless to say they were evicted a month after we moved.
I'd say do your research come in the evening day or night. Come over you won't be disappointed. Clean carpets full size washer and dryers they do spray for pest. :)
