Best Place to Live in Dumfries!!!

I used to live at Virginia Commons for about a year. It was so nice living there. The management was great. Mrs. Deborah Cross is a great assist property manager. She has a wonderful personality. She was always so helpful and considerate of the tenants. I highly recommend VA Commons Apartments to everyone. I really enjoyed living there. It was quiet and peaceful. Kudos to Ms. Cross. She is one of the best manager I have come across in my 20 years of rental. Thanks Ms. Cross for making my stay at VA Commons memorable.
