My husband and I were looking for a place that would be safe for our 2 year old son and decent at the same time. It took us awhile to get in here, because we had to wait for them to obtain their building license or something like that, which was slightly annoying, but it's well worth it. The apartments are beautiful HUGE washer and dryer and even an icemaker in the refrigerator! Everything is spacious and pleasant, not to mention free cable AND high speed internet.It seems like you can hear more than you should, but I'm not too sure about that. I wish the front room already had a light fixture in it, but oh well. Well worth the money
