I have been here a year and have loved every minute of it. I love the layout of my apartment, the pool, exercise room and the office staff. I love how the office staff always puts out cookies for the current and future residents. The clubhouse is beautifully decorated and always clean. I really appreciate how the management doesn't put up with any anti-coomunity behavior. For instance, when residents have thrown parties that have gotten completly out of control, the management will evict them. That type of follow through really makes me feel safe. The management is really committed to establishing a safe and courtious community. When the management shows that type of committment to its residents, it makes me want return the favor by being a great resident. Thank you!!!!!! Your efforts and committment are truly appreciated.

I totally agree with your review of Wyndam Pointe. I have lived there for the past 6 months and have never had any major issues. Staff is friendly, maintenance seems to be good. I'd recommend.
