I kick myself everytime I think about what a great deal this was and that I moved out hoping to be closer to my job. The apartments are clean, maintenance does a good job with responding to issues and up keep of the property. It can get noisy depending on your neighbors and of course the kids that play outside in the neighborhood, however that's everywhere you go. They always had community activities and cable, internet, water are included. You can't beat that! Compared to where I stay at now and other places I've seen, I would love to come back and just bear the commute. Because the price you pay for what you get is totally worth it!

i agree. kids do get out there and get a little loud but like you said that is anywhere you live unless of course there just aren't any kids in the neighborhood. i like there, never any real problems. just minor stuff you'd get anywhere.
