When i moved here i was promised lots of things. Every time i called with maintenance issues, they say they'll take care of it withing a week. Weeks passed and nothing it's been a month and I'm still waiting for them to fix my washing machine, in the meantime i have to go out with my newborn baby to do my laundry. It looks quiet from outside but once you're in your apartment it's a jungle. Weekends people playing loud music late at night, and when you call to complaint the office staff will tell you; "they been here for a long time and we have never heard complaints towards them". They don't even look forward to address the problem by calling them or send them letters, they just make you feel like you're the problem. If you're looking to moved on ground floor, good luck!!. Windows are not properly installed and the cold air gets in, we have to crank up the heater to 85 degrees, other wise you'll be freezing. We have lived in Archstone apartments before and they are great!! Too bad they don't have communities here in this area.
But my advised to you....keep looking.....!!!!!!! I can't wait for my lease to expired..!!!!

No idea what this person is talking about, Wyndham Pointe is really nice. A "jungle"? Hardly. I've lived there 3 years and it's just fine and it's a quiet neighborhood. Also, if there is a problem with tenants playing loud music call the police.

I lived in this community for 1 year, I loved it, I never had any problems with anything and if I did the office staff made sure that my request were taken cared of. people generally played their music, including me on the weekends, during the week I played it but not as loud. The grounds are well kept, very clean, I just wished I had never moved out, it's a wonderful place and a good deal, who ever wrote any bad about this community needs to seek medical attention, even when I lived there I didn't hear of any complaints, NONE!! I wish there were more places like this around. I don't know how this community was rated but something is seriously wrong, when I would come in late at night there was always parking, the staff is great, no loud noise,this community should be rated a 5
