My opinion is I think it's a really nice community. Been here for almost 2 years and renewing my lease once again. Haven't heard of any complaints myself and this is a pretty close-nit community. I live on the top floor so can't speak too much on noise, but it's an apartment community so I'm sure whatever you hear is pretty normal for living in an apartment.
