I've lived here for only a few months, having moved from another apt complex in the area. The apartments are ok. You get a full size washer & dryer, which is very nice. Water pressure is not too great, it's ok, but not powerful enough.

Management at the leasing office is friendly, and remembers most of their tenants by name. Have not had any problems with service repairs.

Drawbacks:
Parking is horrible if you come home late - like after 7pm. More than likely you will not find parking in front of your building.

There is no gym or exercise area.

The pool area is very small. There is hardly any deck space to walk around.

There is no such thing as a deposit. Everything is non-refundable. They call it a "re-decoration" fee. The pet fee is also steep...something like 350 for each pet which is also non-refundable. Then you get hit with a $25/mo per pet fee too on top of that.
