For the person who wrote the "REAL" review, I see you haven't lived here that long, so your view may change, it may not... Our "GHETTO" complaint was mainly over the noise. The people below us had a huge sterio/speaker system and the complex knew that when they moved in, so it wasn't a surprise when we had to complain. It wasn't music it was extremely loud base, all hours and you could hear it over your television. I had to complain several times before it was taken care of.
These apartments as with any can either be good or bad, and it was GREAT when we moved in, but it's time for us to leave. TRUTHFULLY the rent is expensive when you can go to the Archstone Government Center and it's at least 200 to 300 dollars cheaper then here, and it's close to everything mentioned in the "REAL" review.
The office staff is nice, not rude like in some other places, and they do seem to care for their tenants, we just didn't like the fact that we were told that we should just call the police for the noise, when we are paying rent for them to manage this complex. The office staff esp Kristie(who has moved to another complex) Fawna and Hugo are great people and we'll miss them when we leave.
This place was considered our home for almost 3 years, we just couldn't take some not all of our rude neigbors....
