I don't know who in the world could possibly give this complex a good review. I did see some good reviews for Archstone but I suspect that they were probably submitted by the staff instead of true residents.

The maintenance staff, although very nice, is totally unable to handle all of the issues Archstone has and the residents suffer because the complex is totally unkempt. Streetlights go totally unreplaced for a couple months. The balconies are cracking and leaking into the balconies below (hello, isn't that a building hazard). There is a supposed dog poo cleanup crew but I still see dog mess all over the place that has been in the same spot for weeks. The buildings are falling apart. And the staff is not responsive at all. I would have to call a few times before actually getting stuff repaired.

Then there is this new parking thing. They have a very vague parking policy that they really haven't laid out in any notice I've received.

The whole complex is just a mess. Management, service... They are really nice but maybe just understaffed.
