Nightmare On Oak Street

It starts out great, but come the night, the snow and the rain ... things got UGGGGGLY.
Nighttime: there is NOO PARKING, none whatsoever. I paid rent for the building and for the parking. There was no covered parking spot available either for me to rent. In addition I hated the fact that MY CAR GOT TOWED WITH A PERMIT STICKER! When I complained to the office, they told me to get a covered spot, but lo' and behold there is NO COVERED spot available within a 5 minute distance of the apt I was renting.
Snow: The place became your very own ice skating rink. I don't think they even owned a shovel. The parking spots were even more obscure and the ridiculous speed bumps did not help the situation. On top of that the turning out on to Fair Lakes Parkway got even more dangerous day or night time.
Rain: We sufferred a hurricane in the apt. and it was NASTY! The patio/balcony window was the worst. It just leaked and dripped like our very own waterfall EVERY time it rained or hurricaned.
Okay so the only good thing about it was that it was somewhat nice by the fact that it was close to my work but the people/neighbors are not friendly, the place itself had mold type of problems that would kick-in my roommate's allergies. For the price I was paying I would have rather moved to DC itself or somewhere else.
THANK GOD I'm not living there anymore. My dorms in college were 100 times better!
