I was disappointed in how much the rent has increased since I moved in. They are trying to compete with the rents of some of the newer, and nicer apartments in the neighborhood. These other apartments also have more amenities. The initial draw for me was the low rent. I am moving out for something quite a bit nicer, but in the same price range.
