We lived here for two years before we finally were able to get out.

The first year was good, for the most part. The staff when we moved in were very nice and helpful. During the first year, most everyone that used to work in the office when we moved in were gone, and the people that replaced them were just awful. Over the next year, it somehow got even worse.

The package problem happened with ALL packages. UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL. You ended up making sure you got to the office the day the package was delivered, and looking for it yourself, or just kissing it goodbye. Whenever you went in the office to ask about your packages, the staff seemed like you were bothering them more than anything.

The grounds used to be pleasant, but went downhill quickly. People don't like to clean up after their pets, or they'd rather just use the ground instead of the trash can that's 50 feet away. And none of it gets picked up, until the grounds people come to cut the grass.

You can't really hear your neighbors when they are in their apartments, next door, above and below, but you certainly can hear everything that goes on outside in the cramped parking lots. At least you are in for some good entertainment, and a front row seat when your neighbors decide to fight in the middle of the parking lot at 2am some night.
