My apartment was very spacious and in a great location. However, my electric bills were usually $300 a month, I could never find parking in front of my complex, and my toilet clogged at least 20 times, including my first night there. In addition, several of my service requests were never fulfilled, including one I put in the first week I lived there. If you live there insist all your phone called are logged, typed up, signed, and you get a copy. Their business is all done over the phone and they will later deny you ever contacted them if you have a problem.
