I moved out the service got so bad. I lived there in 1999-2000 about 15 months. When it was under Charles E. Smith as "The Ellipse At Fair Oaks" the property management was superb. When Archstone took over, the only money they spent was on remodeling the leasing office. Apartment buildings & covered parking areas were left in disrepair, peeling paint. Management under Archstone was non-responsive in many areas. Ther only goal seemed to be to raise the rent & secure new leases for the unsuspecting
The rent kept going up, and the quality DOWN
They have recently changed the name to "Archstone Ellipse At Government Center"
Not enough parking either. SO DON'T GO THERE!

Very bad customer service! They cannot handle money at all, they open the residents mail and cashed the checks!I don't know how they can do that! IT IS THE WORST EXPERINCE EVER! |
