We moved in here in August and it hasn't been horrible. Fitness Center is acceptable, though could be a little larger- sometimes there are too many people and not enough machines. There is a HUGE noise issue- we can hear the people upstairs regurgitating, and the dumb dog downstairs, but otherwise it is pretty quiet. I know if the dumb people upstairs moved away we would be happier... No problems with the leasing staff- they have always been very helpful. Maintance still has to fix my roommates mirror- it was cracked when we moved in. For the price and location it isn't that bad! Also, I don't know why everyone is complaining about parking- I have come home at 2 a.m. and was able to find a spot- it wasn't in front of the building, but it was close enough! We are going to renew our lease when it is up, because it is better than some other places!
