Ugh living here for the year and a half was horrible and our downstairs neighbors couldn't agree more.
Poor office staff--not helpful and miserable. Fixing our A/C unit in the middle of heat wave. Took 2 days--no information about what the status was--just left us guessing and to call to get status.
Ants were a problem--let them know a number of times--no response to our request for spraying.
If they sign for your packages in the leasing office and then can't find them they don't claim responsibility--yet they sign for them and so the carrier doesn't claim responsibility either. So you are SOL. If a package comes for you and they have it, you MAY get notified of it being there after they decide to do monthly inventory or so...hope it's not important or time sensitive!
If you get locked out after hours you have to pay to get a locksmith out there.

The tenants were often loud and partying so that the whole complex could hear through closed windows and doors. Many times cops are there for disurbances.

Also we were given a lease violation for something we didn't do. The neighbor who complained we spoke to and they specifically told the offce that they weren't sure who the noise was coming from--when we talked to the leasing office they would not take that off our record.
