This is by far the worst apartment complex I ever lived in. The buildings are old, smelly and poorly constructed. Appliances are old and in a very poor condition. The office staff couldnt care less about you and your problems. We had a number of maintenance issues when we first moved in and were told by the maintenance worker that they couldnt be fixed. After we repeatedly, and let me add in vain, complained to the office staff about the issues, we were promised a follow up call by the property manager. However, the property manager did not bother to contact us.

Appliances include a small refrigerator and a freezer that barely keep cold (dont think about buying ice cream unless you like ice cream soup). We also have what probably is the worlds smallest washer and loudest dryer.

The worst of all is the NOISE LEVEL. Old squeaky floors will make you go insane at night. You will also have to put up with loud inconsiderate neighbors that the management does nothing about. We have a bunch of college age guys living next door. They enjoy playing loud music 10 12 hours a day almost every day. We can hear our glasses vibrate in the kitchen cabinets. There are countless parties down stairs that can last past midnight any day of the week and include urinating in the bushes in front of the building. There are strange people going in and out of the apartment all hours of the day and night. There are people hanging out by the bottom of the staircase throwing cigarette butts right where they stand. If we try to open a window our apartment fills with cigarette and marijuana smoke from any one of the three apartments below us where tenants go outside to smoke. It seems that in almost every other apartment there is a dog the size of a small bear and the owners dont feel the need to put them on a leash or clean up after them. There appears to be no vetting of residents and no standards are enforced. I lived in many apartment complexes. This one is by far the worst. We are counting the days to the end of our lease so we can get out of this hellhole. For your own good STAY AWAY!!!
