Its time for me to move out!! I checked this same website a year back and I moved in here. I am totally not satisfied with the place especially during winter. Everything was fine when this was under different management(at least you can tell your concerns to the manager).When the management changed, even the good things changed!. Personally, I would say that you can consider to live here but then be ready to visit the leasing office often and mainly during winter to complain about the heating, don't forget to get a coffee/choco!. Maintenance guys take action without fail but sometime we have to repeat the complaints again and again. Overall, this place will be heaven during summer(as long as the ac works) and very very bad during winter. Bill will be high so don't get surprised. I am not just making this statement about bill ..i checked with my friends who stay near by and who are also getting service from the same gas company which i have. There is one person in the leasing office who is really helpful with the situations he can handle. Don't ever assume that you will get full help if you talk to the manager or the accountant. One of them will interfere when you are talking with one of them!
