To say this community has a management team is a joke. The manager won't do anything about any issues the tenants have! Her name is Delores and people laugh because she won't do anything about issues tenants have. I've never in my life lived in a community where the manager didn't care or take any action! I don't recommend moving here. If you have an issue it will take you at least a month to get it fixed and if that, it takes them a few times to even get it fixed. There have been break-ins (doors kicked in), etc. All they do is post something on your door letting you know, they could really care less. The cops do more for this community than the property manager. Please save yourself a headache and DONT move into this community!!!!!
