My previous review gave Avalon at Autumn Woods a very "average" rating. I must say in the last few months they have really improved their level of service and have made every attempt to make the residents feel valued. Their communication with residents on everything from garbage pickup to security tips has been helpful.

We'll see if and when my renewal lease is offered how much the rent increases but I do give them a high score and would recommend them to anyone.
