OLD buildings black mold on move in and stains on carpet.
I moved out and they charged my to clean the carpets when I moved in I noted the stains.
DO not expect to get your deposit back.
The maintenance is slow my heat went out last winter it was in the teens outside and they did not fix my heat until monday.
I called all weekend long telling them that it was 40 in my apartment and they did nothing.
They came out on a monday by tuesday the heat was out again after 3 times it was fixed.
