My wife and I have lived at Autumn Woods for over a year and a half. Would not renew with this complex only b/c we have out grown it. The staff is friendly for the most part and we have had very few problems. The problems we have had have been fixed or address fairly quickly.
My biggest complaint is that people do not clean up after their dogs. We have a dog and scoop his poop. Others do not feel so inclind.
They are making upgrades to the complex (replacing carpets, repainting, replacing the roofs, etc...).
Move in deals are great however your rent will increase everytime you renew. Our lease ends shortly and they stated that it would cost us alittle over $1200 to renew our one bedroom. No

I think the user posted wrong rating by mistake. He mentions dog-poop littered community with continuous noise due to renovation, high renewal rates and his unwillingness to stay with them any longer.
