The worst staff ever

The staff is very bad.

They really do not care.

There are so many empty apartments.

They will let those apartments sit idle but not reduce rent nor give other incentives.

During remodeling, they are getting rid of old tenants like there are no laws.

All Avalon tenants should get together and fight against this office.

Don't get taken in by tactics or so-called "specials" of this community. The policies and basic problems still remain
