Autumn Woods

 

This is the first apartment I have lived in and I have to say that most of these negative reviews are suspicious.

First, all the apartments have been remodeled.

Second, most tenants are courteous and quiet.

Third, the rent is just as much if not cheaper than most places in this area.

I moved in June 2007 to this apartment with my brother and we have loved it here.

We have the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with vaulted ceilings.

That is a must if you're a tall person.

Spacious living room with wood-burning fireplace, awesome kitchen with gas stove.

Cool in the summer and nice and toasty in the winter.

A great workout center, pool, BBQ Grill, etc.

The staff is top notch and will always do whatever it takes to make things right.

Repairs are done within 24 hours of submission.

Plus the parking is not monitored so you can invite friends over without fear of getting towed!

Only downside is if you're not on the proper side of the building, you can only get Cox Cable.

Close to grocery (Bloom), Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, and fine dining (Tony's, Olive Garden).

If you're looking for a great apartment in a great location, this is the place to be.

I did extensive research throughout the area and this complex had the most fair rental agreement.
