My boyfriend and I moved to Avalon in April 07. Since our residency here, we have received excellent treatment from the staff and our neighbors. The neighborhood is very quiet and the members of the leasing department, lead by the Property manager, are the best in the business! On a great spring/summer day, their are endless amenites that you can take advantage of. I can play tennis one day and basketball the next. The gym is secured and free for tenant use with the same upgraded equipment you can find at a facility you pay for. The community also has a car wash onsite if your feeling the need to clean! The swimming pool is gorgeous and the property itself is clean and highly maintained at all times. The actual apartment themselves are renovated with all the best features you could ask for. The Property Manager is very knowledgable and understanding and if I ever need anything, the staff is more than willing to help me in anyway they can. They take pride in what they do and in this business it's rare to find people who sincerly care and have respect for all current tenants and anyone who is just looking. If we were not looking to purchase a house soon, I would definitly live here again. It's worth every dollar and now a days, every dollar does count! This might sound like I'm selling the apartment but I'm honestly a current tenant who is very impressed :)
