I have for some unknown reason lived her for 3 years and am happy to go.

I'm not going to complain about noise because this is an apartment, people get a clue, when you live in an apartment you WILL hear noise from your neighbors from time to time.

If you don't like the noise move to a single family home.

I agree with the earlier post that the guy at the office is rude and the girls are nice.

All in all the staff isn't the greatest.

I have lived other places and never during a move out have I had to deal with what I have here.

The charges they come up with are unbelievable.

Partial paint,$100.00 Normal wear and tear on the carpet results in $600-$700 to replace carpet.

They are out of their minds.

I am soooo glad I am leaving and buying so I never have to deal with people like this again.

They will do anything to get you in here but once you are here forget it.

Last year I was living in a unremodeled apt and was given the choice of moving out or changing apts.

After living here for 2 years my rent was then raised to that of a new resident.

My rent went up $170 per month.

This was explained to me as I was getting a newly remodeled apt.

Because of personal issues it was easier at the time to stay.

Wow was I stupid to stay.

I guess hind sight is 20/20.

Run fast and don't look back!
