I moved in about 6 months ago. I have to say that for the most part the neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are considerate. I am on the first floor and rarely do I hear noises from the tenants up stairs. The apartment is newly renovated. I have had a few problems, but they have been fixed rather quickly. The washer and dryer are a bit small, but that is the only complaint about the actual apartment. The staff has been very friendly. I love that they hold packages when I am not there to accept them. The maintenance staff is also very nice and helpful. They just recently put up a small playground, which was much needed. The grounds are kept in good shape and there are lots of flowers and trees. It is in a great spot - close to stores and major roads - very convenient.

I will stay for a while.
