Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
It looks like a nice community when you first tour the place. But after living here for a year I have come to realize all the problems. From the trash piling up at the dumpster to the shoddy construction of the floors. I can hear almost everything my upstairs neighbors do. They also have a dog that they let run around making so much noise. The bedroom also has a balcony and people have parties on it at all hours of the night. I complained but there was no response. So I am moving out ASAP.
