I have been living at Summit Fair Lakes for almost a year and I have found that this has been a most enjoyable experience. The pleasant atmosphere, the nice scenery makes Summit just an overall very eye pleasing environment to live in. The staff does everything in its power to please you; even if it is above and beyond the call of duty they were always still willing to give me a hand. When I was first moving in, one of the maintenance men was willing to give me a hand and help me move some of my stuff into my apartment. The thing about that, that most amazed me was that he was off duty, and just saw me as he was walking by. Any time a light bulb goes out or something needs to be fixed they are right on it as fast as they can. I understand that they have over 450 apartments, and that they try to make everything and everyone there first priority, and that sometimes when I request something it may take some time (if it is something that is not major). Some people are just so impatient and believe that they are the most important people in the world and they think that anytime they have an issue, no matter how small it may be, they believe that everyone should just drop everything for them. The parking at Summit, lots of people complain about, and I don?t totally disagree with the fact that there is not enough parking. The thing is that there is parking at just about every possible spot that they can possible put parking. One major thing that I liked about is that they are up-front about everything. All costs, Fees, about late charges, EVERYTHING!!! All in all as I have lived at many different places around the world, I feel that Summit Fair Lakes is definitely top 5 maybe even the best.
