I am amazed at how wonderful the staff is here and all the amenities and the beautiful landscaping at SUmmit Fair Lakes. THe maint dept is awesome and always responds promptly, even after hours and on weekends! THe office is so nice and friendly to everyone who walk in the office, they even say "thank you" for paying your rent! The people who are haters are probably the losers who trash their apartments and don't pay their rent on time, those are the ones who are always complaining about the office like it's their fault you can't pay your bills on time or keep your apartment nice.
I just wanted to say I love it and would (and have) highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking!

Gladly, I don't have to see the people in the office when I pay my rent! Of course, they will be nice to you when you pay your rent, just as nice as they were when they were getting you to lease with them. But, as soon as you report a problem you become a nuisance and the once "nice, jolly" office person becomes a rude, ignorant monster!
