Well I can honestly say that I have not had the same amount of trouble as some. I have lived here for 18 months, and my dishwasher broke and was fixed in 3 days. Yes the trash over flows but there is only one dumpster and they clean it up on monday. People who complain about it could always hold onto their trash till monday, when the guys come to run it, could'nt they' As far as they the front office crew, I've never had any trouble, but then again I've never had any major issues. The are alot of places to live that are just as much, but are no where near as nice. As far as parking I live in the garden apartments and have experienced no parking issues. I guess if I had to complain about something it would be the A/C, I have to buy filters and It could work better.

Finally, a resident with some common sense!!!! Just a hint you can go to office and they will give you an air filter anytime you need one!!
