In response to the trash-- Its the residents that make the pile!!!!!!!!!!!! The compactor is never broken and it takes one lazy person to throw their trash down and then the other 500 residents throw it on top!! Why are you people complaining and then you throw your entire living room set on the side of the trash !!! All you have to do is let the office know and they come and clean it up right away!! I see everyone on here complains about guest parking but I can just see if they added 100 more guest spot then everyone would complain there isnt enough resident parking.. and HELLO this is apartment living your not going to get a spot in front of your apartment.. if you want that then buy a house!!!! And one last thing about complaining about a "mess" from pets.. AGAIN you COMPLAIN and its YOUR DOG MAKING THE MESS!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, this is the first rating that I have read here. I agree w/ what you are saying but in fact the compactor was broken for a couple of weeks. There was so much trash build up that after taking away the first giant trash recepticle set in front of the usual dumpster, another was completely filled w/ the rest of the trash and then left there for a another day while trash built up behind it. I live on this side of the community and beleive me, it is an issue. When you are paying this much as most of us are for an apt, you shouldn't be expected to look at it all the time. It really "stinks"(haha) when its the first thing you see entering the community and the first thing your guests mention when they come over. Just my .02 cents, otherwise its been a good place to live.

Ummm...I don't have a dog. What about MY complaints?? Stupid, illogical review. Though I lived here over a year when it was brand new and was perfectly happy other than the somewhat shoddy construction when one examined it closely. But, not bad. I was happy, and VERY well insulated - didn't even run my heat most of the winter.

The garbage situation is a reflection of a poorly run complex. I have never seen such negilgence from management, it is like a third world country with the trash problem. The problem is ongoing and the bottom line is that there are not proper facilities for garbage removal. This place is not worth the money, it is terrible. Dogs bark at each other through the walls and the doggy doody is all over the place. Good luck using a grille.
