THe office staff are rude. They can not seem to get their act together. The are constantly losing our rent checks, therefore, sending us a notice saying that we did not pay and we have 7 days to leave the property. Our neighbors below us are rude and constantly banging on the ceiling, causing us to get in trouble because our dog starts to freak out. It took them over 2 weeks and 3 calls to the front office to change the light bulbs in the hallway!! We have been month-to-month so we can get out!! We only have 22 more days until we leave the horrible place!!!

They have accepted our rent checks, returned them and asked for more money b/c they said we didn't have enough. Then they tried to fine us 10% of the rent for being late. Can't you add SFL?
