Do not be fooled by any good reviews, I swear that it's the rude leasing consultants trying to boost their ratings after a great game of 'connect four' (look around, it's pushed aside somewhere on a desk). The mountain of trash flooding the entrance to the parking lot says it all: ---- HOLE! They randomly come up with bogus fees that they incorporate into your lease four months after you sign it and move in. Like the one that charges you $100 per bag of trash left sitting outside your door. Understandable if the trash compactor actually worked. Unfortunatly, we don't have any other choice, because they've decided to charge us fees for putting our trash next to the dumpster when it's not working. Where are we supposed to put our trash' Leave it in the apartment' That'd be fine if they didn't make it clear that we'd be evicted for any infestation. They have maybe 10 guest spots throughout this large complex. God forbid you have any visitors. Your poor friends might get towed for parking in a regular spot, which is hard to find as it is. Come home anytime after 8, and you have to park out on the street and walk through the woods to get home! The walls are paper thin. The police payed us a little visit and came in for brownies as they laughed about the leasing consultants passing it off as a very quiet complex. From what he'd seen they built the place in like two months. TAKE MY ADVICE. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
