The complex looks nice during a walk-through, but looks will decieve you. Plumbing problems exist...beware. They allow large dogs which will bark, poop, and bother you non-stop. I loved dogs before moving in here...it's really the owners but it still will bother you!

The fees just keep coming from this place. Expect random fines, and if your rent isn't in by the first they will hit you with several hundred dollar fines...non-negotiable.

The pool is terrible and will close often due to lack of care...plus, why swim in that green water. The exercise room is only several pieces of junk...and that gym stench, oh yeah. The rest of the amenities are crud as well, don't be woowed.

The real issue is the management and maintenence. The people running it are by no means intelligent or motivated. They lease agreement is really able to screw you over, read closely...I've never gotten so screwed in the 4 places I've lived before. If you want to live in Fairfax, you better be doing it for you child's education b/c other communities are much better.

For what you pay to live in suburban nowhere, this place is a rip-off. Just terrible. go somewhere else.
