There is a special niche to managing a apt complex so large and the defining point would be to treat all fairly. The management is not culturally diverse. The only people of color staffed by Summit Fair lakes seem to be in maintenance. When hiring people to run this establishment they have not done a good job in representing cultural diversity in management. The staff in the management appear friendly and inviting, but on second look are very rehearsed and even clone like in appearance which they may mistake for some degree of professionalism. Appearance is important but sincerity is more appreciated. Basically false advertising is the reality at Summit Fair Lakes. I have been there 6 mos and have never seen a gate in operation. The garbage situation is deplorable. The inflexibility of the staff to treat residents on an individual basis is unfortunate a human component is missing from Summit Fair Lakes and that can always be the difference in lease renewal or good tenants taking business elsewhere.
