After I complained about the trash problem because I was hauling it cross town to my relatives place, they tried fining me $100 dollars saying they saw me putting trash in an open, disgusting dumpster that was overfilled. So they can spy on us throwing out the trash, but cannot seem to get it removed on a weekly basis or hire somebody to clean. Then, to get back at me after I refused to pay, they would not accept my rent checks (illegal) without including the fine in my payment. They also said they would only accept money orders and accompanied my returned checks with a lawyers bill after only 2 days. So they sent my renewal (yeah right) to me with an offer of $1800.00 from $1175.00. These are really great people...karma will catch up these folks.
