My girlfriend was stuck living at this dump when she moved up here a year ago w/very little time to choose a place to live. Since we started dating, I would say that this apartment complex had become my least favorite place on earth. I'd rather live in the gutter. The trash issue that numerous people have mentioned is still an issue, the parking and the parking signs are a joke (they towed my car once b/c I had it parked in a poorly marked spot 'reserved' spot), when her A/C broke, they told us the next day it was fixed when it really wasn't, the staff seems to be the rudest bunch of ignorant a-holes on earth, they seem to love to throw random non-negotiable charges at people with penalty of immediate eviction, and on top of all of this they charge people an arm and a leg to live in the middle of nowhere bum---- suburban hell Fairfax. I am so so so so so so so glad she is moving!!!!!!!!!!
