This was my first address in Fairfax, VA as I moved from down south. When I was first apartment hunting this place seemed nice, and well put together--looks can be deceiving.

As I lived there for nearly two years I have several times had to escalate issues to Keith Oden, president of Camden (KOden@camdenliving.com) because the manager was to stubborn, and just plain rude to address even small issues such as my broken air conditioner in the middle of the summer. I stumbled across a memo that she had written, in it she stated to her staff "remember we work for Camden, NOT the resident." That pretty much sums up her attitude.

Also, one of my neighbors had her water heater bust in the dead of winter, and the maintenance crew threw-yes threw a large, expensive rug outside, where it froze--then made fun of her in the leasing office in front of me.

Clearly the manager does not care, and that has even been confirmed by talking to her prior staff which I have seen around town.

Moving out was wonderful.
