This place is getting a bad reputation on here. I have lived here about a year and a half. My biggest complaint is that it is so far from DC (which of course it is...its in Fairfax). Ok so the garbage is a problem. They need to fix the compactor or have more available. The apartments are beautiful and the staff has been pretty friendly to me. All of my maintenance issues (only two) were solved quickly. It is located in a completely safe area and very close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Overall, if you want a safe quiet apartment, with decent ammenities, this is not a bad choice to make.
