All the bad reviews below are VERY True!!! This apt complex is a disaster in many ways!!! Parking is a huge issue and they changed the parking rule and did not bher to tell us tenants. We are required to park on fields brigade which is not the safest road. There have been several people jumped on that street since I move it 6 months ago. The trash can is such a huge eye soar and never functions properly and when you let the rental office know they blame the tenants for not throwing there trash in it properly.... Maintenance does a decent job but they do not speak very fluent English so it's tough to let them know what s going on. The staff all tell you different things when you ask them a question. I was told MANY false things about the community before I moved in when in fact they were not true. There are only two dog receptacles in the entire complex and they refuse to put in more when asked. My building has a HUGE ant problem and they cant seem to get rid of them. They do not allow you into your storage unit on the deck and you have to sign in your lease that the door will stay locked. They would not even unlock it to just show me... what are they hiding in there...video cameras'''' Honestly this is not the best choice for an apartment. Single mothers and single females just be careful. They rent to a lot of shady people and don t screen them very well!! I have some really creepy neighbors as well as some young ones that love to make lots of noise in the middle of the night!! I am not an angry resident but unhappy that I made such a poor choice even after reading the reviews, I should have listened and now I am stuck for another 6 mo's.
